Statements of witnesses and other documents prima facie show involvement of the petitioner in the conspiracy of inducing unemployed youth to part with money on the false promise of giving government employment.

Keeping in mind the gravity of the offence and prima facie involvement of the petitioner therein and as his prayer for bail was rejected earlier, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. (Ananya Bandyopadhyay, J.) (Joymalya Bagchi, J.)
