1. The petitioner participated in the recruitment process to the post of Assistant Teachers conducted by the District Primary School Council, North 24 Parganas in the year 2009. He seeks the benefit of the order dated 25th April, 2024 passed in W.P.A. No. 20966 of 2022 (Kakali Mondal & Ors. - Vs. - The State of West Bengal & Ors.).

2. Since the petitioner has filed the instant writ petition on 7th May, 2024 after the cut off date mentioned in the order dated 25th April, 2024, he cannot get the benefit of the said order.

3. In view of the above, the instant writ petition shall stand dismissed.

4. There will be no order as to costs.

5. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
