None appears for the parties.

Perused the contention of the petition as well as the impugned judgment the marriage between the parties has not disputed. The petitioner has been an able bodied man physically active to earn and provide maintenance to the opposite party No.1 and a sum of Rs. 3000/- per month to have awarded as maintenance towards the opposite party No. 1 is justified.

Under such circumstances, this court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned judgment and order which has been reasoned. Accordingly, the instant revisional applications are dismissed. The interim orders if any stand vacated.

Copy of the order be sent to the department and learned trial court for information.
