2. In the second line of paragraph 7 on the second page of the said order, the expression "his deceased wife/employee" shall stand corrected and be read as "her deceased husband/employee".

3. In the second line of paragraph 9 on the third page of the said order, the expression "his wife" shall stand corrected and be read as "her husband".

4. In the third line of paragraph 11 on the third page of the said order, the expression "concerned teacher" shall stand corrected and be read as "concerned Peon Group-„D‟ Staff".

5. Let the aforesaid corrections be incorporated in the order dated 17.05.2024.

6. The other parts of the order dated 17.05.2024 shall remain unaltered.

7. All parties are to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
