Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that after their appointment it has been terminated on the ground that their training qualification was not proper qualification to be considered as a trained candidate. He submits that if they are considered as untrained candidate then also they can get appointment. In this regard, he wants to file a fresh representation to the Murshidabad District Primary School Council by two
weeks from date.
I direct the petitioners to file such representation to the Murshidabad District Primary School Council and I also direct the Chairman of the said Council to consider the case of the petitioners after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners within a period of three weeks after receiving the said application. After hearing, the reasoned and speaking order is to be passed by the said Chairman and a copy whereof is to be given to the petitioners by one week after conclusion of the hearing. The entire exercise is to be done by six weeks from the date of communication of this order. With the above observation, this writ application is disposed of.
