The status report submitted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 2nd Court, Purulia dated 06.10.2023 be kept on record. Despite service of notice opposite party is not present before the Court.

In compliance with the order dated the petitioner is present before the Court. Her personal appearance is noted and dispensed with.

The instant revisional application has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by the judgment and order dated 11.02.2011 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 2nd Court, Purulia in Criminal Revision No. 27/2008 arising out of judgment and order dated 22.05.2008 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purulia in Misc. Case No. 101 of 2005. Perused the contentions of the petition as well as both the judgments passed by the learned trial courts respectively in Misc. Case No. 101 of 2005 and Criminal Revision No. 27 of 2005. Both the learned trial courts are observed that the petitioner had failed to establish the proof of marriage to have taken place between the parties and as such the claim of the petitioner is not maintainable. Accordingly, the instant revisional application is dismissed. Copy of the order be sent to the department and learned trial court for information.
