This revisional application is disposed of with a direction upon the learned Additional District Judge, 13th Court, Alipore, South 24 Parganas or upon any other learned court before whom this matter may be transferred or assigned, to dispose of the proceedings expeditiously.

It is made clear that this order shall not be construed as a direction upon the learned District Judge, to either allow or reject the Misc. Case filed by the wife. The learned trial court shall decide Act VIII Case No. 176 of 2022, independently and dispose of

the same within one year from communication of this order.

The revisional application is accordingly disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are to act on the server copy of this order.
