Fulbus Sk. & ANR. v. Saifuddin Sk. & ORS.
C.R.R. No.1796 of 2012 (Via Video Conference) D/L41.
September 7, 2021 Bpg.
In Re: An application under Section 407 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
Fulbus Sk. & Anr.
Versus
Saifuddin Sk. & Ors.
Mr. Arijit Ganguly, Mr. Saryati Datta.
...for the State.
The present application was filed for transfer of the case from the court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Rampurhat to the court of learned Additional District and Session Judge, Rampurhat, Birbhum.
As none appears on behalf of the State, Mr. Saryati Datta, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State, is directed to represent on behalf of the State in this matter. His appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities. The records of the revisional application reflect that the revisional application has not been admitted till date and the same appeared before a co-ordinate Bench on 10th July, 2012, 24th July, 2012 and August 7, 2012.
As the present stage of the proceedings have not been furnished in connection with Muraroi Police Station Case No.62 of 2011, I am of the view that at this belated stage there is no scope for interference.
Accordingly, CRR 1796 of 2012 is dismissed.
Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
