Case No. 1478/1992) has been disposed of on 15.05.2015. Let the said report be kept on record. The learned advocate for the petitioner has produced the certified copy of the order No. 135 dated 14.05.2015 in the aforesaid Sessions case whereby the present petitioner had been acquitted under Section 235(2) of the Cr.P.C. The Court has perused the certified copy of the order. Let the said xerox copy of the judgment be kept on record.

Under such circumstances, the instant criminal revisional application has become infructuous and disposed of. Copy of the order be sent to the department and learned trial court for information.
