Electronic evidence such as Call Details Recording places the victim and the petitioner no.1 at the same location where the dead body was found. Last call was made by the petitioner no.1 to the victim.
Considering such materials in the Case Diary, the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners transpiring therefrom, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
