The Report filed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sealdah, South 24 Parganas dated 17.10.2023 through the learned District Judge, South 24 Parganas stated that the proceedings being Case No. 658 of 2010 arising out of Chitpur Police Station Case No. 195 dated 21.09.2010 has been disposed of by the learned trial court vide order dated 17.02.2018. Let the said report be kept on record.

Under such circumstances, the instant criminal revisional application and the application being CRAN 1/2011 (Old N0. CRAN 2075/2011) have become infructuous and disposed of. Copy of the order be sent to the department for immediate compliance.
