Case No.1357 of 2008 arising out of Kolaghat Police Station Case No.278 of 2008 dated 20th December, 2008 is set aside. Let the said report be kept on record. The learned advocate for the petitioner has filed a fresh Vakalatnama. The petitioner is present before the Court. Her personal appearance is noted and dispensed with. The petitioner has also filed a written instruction through the learned advocate for the petitioner stating her unwillingness to proceed with the hearing of the instant revisional application. Let the said written instruction be kept on record.
