1. Both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties to this revisional application have unequivocally submitted before this Court that after disposal of the appeal being No. FAT 525 of 2019 by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and also prayed for necessary direction to the Learned Magistrate for disposing the application under Section 127 of the Code of Criminal Procedure which is kept pending before the Learned Trial Court.

2. In the aforesaid view of the matter, the instant revisional application stands dismissed being infructuous.

3. Considering the prayer, Learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Barrackpore is requested to dispose of the application under Section 127 of the Code of Criminal Procedure as expeditiously as possible.

4. Parties are at liberty to communicate this order to the Learned Trial Court.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
