Despite service, none appears on behalf of the respondents 9, 10 and 11, i.e. the other heirs of the deceased Syed Sohrab Ali. The society has filed the report as per direction of this court.

It has been submitted by the society in the report dated November 8, 2021, at paragraph 12 thereof that the original objection raised by the son of the deceased, namely Syed Sahajan Ali, has been withdrawn and that he has admitted to have raised a baseless allegation against his mother and sister as also the manager of the society.

It appears that the dispute can be resolved with the intervention of the Assistant Registrar of

Cooperative Societies, the respondent no. 3 herein. The letter written to the bank manager dated September 23, 2021 is produced before this court in original. A copy of the same is retained with the court.

Thus the respondent no. 3 is directed to call the parties and upon verification of the genuineness of this letter allow the petitioners to operate the bank account of the petitioner no. 1.

The matter shall be resolved as directed by this court within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of this order.

It appears to the court from the submissions of the learned advocate for the society and from the report as also from the letter written by the objector, that the dispute has already been amicably resolved between the parties and the objection was raised on a misconception and some misunderstanding.

The writ petition is, thus, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are to act on the server copy of this order.
