Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that he is unable to cultivate his land, to that effect, a representation was made.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report which reflects that a criminal case was instituted in the year 2022.

Having considered that the dispute relating to cultivation of land, petitioner would establish his right, title and interest before the appropriate civil court. In case there are any untoward incidents, petitioner would freshly file a representation before the police authorities who would act in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 13377 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
