1. The petitioner has filed an exception to the report filed by the respondent nos. 1 and 2. Let the same be kept with the record.

2. From the exception it is found that the petitioner has accepted the report filed by the respondent nos. 1 and 2 except the averments in paragraph 3.

3. The prayer of the writ petitioner in the present writ application for a direction upon the Election Commission of India for conducting an enquiry into irregularities, illegalities, manipulation of the electrical role in the State of West Bengal..

4. The respondent nos. 1 and 2 have filed the report which has been duly accepted by the petitioner except the averments made in paragraph 3.

5. Thus, this Court does not find any further to decide in the present writ application.
