1. This is an application for restoration of recalling of an order dated 05th January, 2026.

2. Having regard to the averments made in this restoration application, I am of the view that the petitioner has sufficiently explained the reason for his non-appearance before this Court on 5th January, 2026.

3. Accordingly, the application being CAN 2 of 2026 is allowed and WPA 10408 of 2007 is restored to its original file and number.

4. W.P.A. 10408 of 2007 shall appear on 27th March, 2026.
