And In the matter of : Borsed Sekh @ Barsed Ali ... ... petitioner Mr. Amitabha Karmakar Mr. Arup Kumar Bhowmick ... ... for the petitioner Mr. Madhusudan Sur, APP Mr. Dipankar Paramanick ... ... for the State Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail on the ground of parity with the other co-owners of the property who were granted anticipatory bail. Heard the learned advocate appearing for the State. Considering that other co-sharers of the immovable property were granted anticipatory bail by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court and considering the fact that the police filed the charge-sheet, we grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only), with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional Court on the dates fixed for trial and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.

The application for anticipatory bail being CRM 5446 of 2021 is disposed of.
