Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, there subsists an interim order passed by the Civil Court. Learned advocate for the State submits that, the petitioner is yet to apply for police protection.

In such circumstances, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the police authorities for protection on payment. On receipt of such application, if made, the police authorities will consider the same in accordance with law.

WPA 13046 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly. Urgent certified website copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of the requisite formalities.
