Petitioner is the in-charge of a resort where minor girls were used for prostitution. His bail prayer has been rejected earlier on merits. It is contended inspite of direction given by this court there is no expedition in trial.

We have gone through the order sheets. Delay was due to abscondence of co-accused and other systematic reasons.

Vulnerable witnesses are yet to be examined.

Under such circumstances we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
