It appears from the report as also submitted on behalf of the parities that the dispute has been amicably settled between the parties and the private opposite party/ defacto complainant does not intend to proceed with the matter any further. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to hold that allowing the proceeding to continue shall be a futile exercise. Proceedings in connection with Saktipur Police Station case no. 130 of 2020 dated 7th October, 2020 including charge sheet submitted therein being no. 210 of 2020 dated 31st December, 2020 pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Berhampore, Murshidabad corresponding to S. Sl. Case no. 345 of 2023 be quashed.

The petitioners be set at liberty and discharged from their bail bonds.

The revisional application is disposed of.
