Rath Mr. Sukumar Sarkar ... for the petitioner Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by the reply furnished to the petitioner on his application under Section 6 of the Right to Information Act which is an appellable order under the statute and if by the reply petitioner is not satisfied and aggrieved, to his queries raised in its application he should have gone to appeal before the appellate authority provided under the statute. in view of availability of alternative remedy by way of appeal I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition being WPA No. 11704 of 2022 and accordingly the same is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file appeal against the impugned order in accordance with law.
