Heard the parties.

The grievance of the petitioner is directed against the pendency of a proceeding before the controlling authority being the respondent No.2 herein.

It is alleged on behalf of the petitioner that though this proceeding was initiated as far back as on 11th March, 2020, no steps have been taken by the respondent No.2 to dispose of the case.

In view of the submission of the parties, I direct that the respondent No.2 to consider and dispose of the case No.38/21/G/HOW (Bimal Kumar Dey vs. Delta Ltd.) within a period of 8 weeks from the date of communication of this order after giving a right of hearing

to all the affected parties and without giving any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the case and all points are left open to be decided by the respondent No.2. In disposing of the aforesaid proceeding, the respondent No.2 shall not be influenced by any observations made in this order.

With the aforesaid directions, WPA 13006 of 2021 stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
