Since any order passed under the National Investigation Agency Act is to be placed before a Division Bench under Section 21A of the said Act, the present revisional application is not maintainable and as such CRR 1892 of 2023 is dismissed. Department is directed to return the certified copy annexed with the revisional application upon the same being replaced with a Photostat copy.
