It appears that FIR was lodged in 2023 and charge has been framed on 14th September, 2023. Evidence is yet to commence. The petitioner is in custody.

In view of the above, learned trial Court is directed to dispose of case being Narcotic Case no. 03 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, in accordance with law. C.R.R. 1953 of 2024 is disposed of.
