1. It is said on behalf of the petitioner that he is in custody for a considerable period of time and he has been falsely implicated with the crime. So, this accused petitioner may be enlarged on bail for his long detention behind the bar.

2. Learned advocate for the State raises objection by submitting that the offence involved in this case is serious in nature. Attention of this Court is drawn to the order of this Court dated 14.08.2024 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in CRM(DB) 2107 of 2024 wherein direction was given upon the learned trial Court to expedite the trial to the fullest extent possible so that the same can be concluded on an early date and positively within a year from the next date fixed for taking evidence. But the said time frame as fixed by the

learned trial Court has not yet been ended. So, the bail petition filed by the accused petitioner is not entertainable.

3. Accordingly, the bail petition filed by the petitioner is hereby dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to file the same before the appropriate Bench having determination.

4. The application for bail is, thus, disposed of.

8. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

9. Criminal Section is directed to supply certified copies of this order to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
