Learned counsel for the petitioner submits his prayer to the extent that an appropriate direction may be issued for expeditious disposal of M. Execution no. 24 of 2016 arising out of Misc. Case no. 140 of 2012 under Section 125 of the Cr. P. C. 2.

The Court considers that passing of such a direction will cause no prejudice to either of the parties.

In the circumstances, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class at Kakdwip, South 24 Parganas is directed to dispose of the proceeding in M Execution 24 of 2016 expeditiously in accordance with law without granting any unnecessary adjournments.

Thus, the present petition is disposed of.
