The present police case is dated August 2, 2022. There is a long absconsion of the petitioner. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM(A) 1677 of 2024 is disposed of.
