Petitioner was declared as proclaimed offender on May 5, 2024.

The police case is of 2021. There is an issue of long absconsion also.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM(A) 1675 of 2024 is disposed of.
