The present revisional application was preferred challenging the charge-sheet submitted in connection with Mayureswar P.S. Case No.10 of 2016 dated 15.01.2016. None appears for the petitioner.

Mr. Bhattacharya, learned advocate, appears for the State.

I have considered the contentions advanced in the revisional application and I find that the annexures are based on facts enclosed in the revisional application and FIR and charge-sheet and none of the documents under Section 207 Cr.P.C. has been relied upon, as such I am of the view that the present application was preferred at premature stage.

The petitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court and/or agitate the points canvassed in the present revisional application after the documents under Section 207 Cr.P.C. is made available to him.

No interference is called for at this stage.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1640 of 2021 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
