Mr. Partha Pratim Das Mr. Manojit Chakraborti ...for the petitioners Mr. Binay Kumar Panda Mr. Parvej Anam ..for the State Considering the materials available in the case diary, the alleged roles ascribed to the present petitioners and the fact that the husband of the de facto complainant was granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 19.06.2025 in CRM (A) 1847 of 2025, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present petitioners.

In the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 corresponding to Section 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023 and on further conditions that the petitioners shall co-operate with investigation and shall not threaten or intimidate witnesses.

The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, disposed of. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
