Evidently thirteen years have passed from the date of the first order being 7.7.2012. The Judicial Magistrate, First Court, Howrah is to take necessary steps in concluding recording of the evidence of the remaining five witnesses as expeditiously as possible without granting any adjournment to either of the parties preferably within a period of eight months.

CRR 2437 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of.
