Sofiull Alam It has been pointed out that there is a typographical error in the cause title of the order dated May 13, 2025. The cause title be corrected in the manner as indicated hereinafter.

"Sri Baidyanath Saha (since deceased) represented by Uttam Saha vs. Sofiull Alam."

Let such error be rectified. This order shall form part of the order dated May 13, 2025.
