The instant writ petition was filed in the year 2012. The matter was taken up for hearing on 18th June, 2012. Even on that date the petitioners were not represented. For ends of justice, the hearing of the case was adjourned. The instant writ petition is pending for last 11 years. The petitioners did not take any step in the meantime for hearing of the writ petition. The conduct of the petitioners suggests that they are not willing to proceed with the instant writ petition and accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed for default.
