Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for 329 days. Police submitted charge sheet. Further detention of the petitioner is not necessary. Learned advocate for the State draws attention of this Court to the age of the victim girl and that of the petitioner and the statements recorded under sections 164 Cr.P.C and under section 161 Cr.P.C. He also submits that there is no injury report in the private parts of the victim.

Considering the medical report and the statement recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
