By order dated 05.06.2025, the petitioner/accused was granted bail. As the name of the petitioner is not mentioned in the cause title nor it is mentioned in the body of the petition, the petitioner cannot furnish bail bond.

However, as it is clarified in the petition that the petitioner is the husband of the complainant's sister being 'Mesomasai' of the victim girl and 'Bhagnipati' of the complainant, the petitioner may be allowed to furnish bail bond.

Other contents of the order dated 05.06.2025 remains unaltered.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
