Sri Premendra Kumar Bose @ Premedra Bose Mr. Arup Krishna Das ....for the petitioner This application under Article of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the defendant No.1 praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), 1st Court at Alipore to dispose of the Title Suit No.114 of 2014 expeditiously.

From the order sheets appended to this application, this Court finds that the suit is not yet ready for hearing and the summons upon the substituted defendant is yet to be served.

In view thereof, this Court is not inclined to pass any direction for expeditious hearing at this stage. With the above observation CO 1954 of 2025 stands disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
