1. Report filed on behalf of the State is taken on record.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that by an order dated 28.05.2025 in CRM (A) 1794 of 2025, the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail, inter alia, on the condition "to meet the Investigating Officer once a week and to comply with the provisions as laid down in Section 482(2) of the BNSS".

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has complied with the condition of meeting the Investigating Officer. Now, the petitioner has to travel abroad and seeks necessary permission.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State relies on the report and submits that the petitioner has complied with the condition to meet the I.O once a week. Charge sheet has been submitted.

5. In view of the above, the condition to meet the I.O once a week is waived.

6. However, it appears that the petitioner has already been granted bail by the jurisdictional Court. Therefore, the petitioner shall be at liberty to pray for relaxation of further condition, if any, before the jurisdictional Court. The jurisdictional Court shall decide the issue independently without being swayed by any observation made by this Court.

7. With the aforesaid observations and directions, CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
