Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the injury report and to the statements recorded under Section 161 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

Considering the materials in the case diary, the gravity of the offence, the involvement of the petitioners therein and the injury report, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
