1. With the consent finally heard.

2. The grievance highlighted in this PIL is in relation to remove the pond muck and other garbage dump by the private respondent no.11 into the pond situated in plot no.361, J.L. no.058, Mouza-Pakhanna, PS-Barjora, District-Bankura, clean the said pond by the Prodhan of the concerned Panchayat and start punitive action against the private respondent.

3. The petitioner made several representations addressing the same before the concerned respondent authority, but till date the said representations remained unconsidered.

4. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to file a comprehensive representation before the respondent no.7 within a period of fortnight from the date of communication of the order.

5. The respondent no.7 shall dispose of the same by passing a reasoned order by affording an

opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties. Thereafter the order shall be communicated to the petitioner.

6. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of 60 days from the date on which the representation is submitted.

7. It is made clear that the hearing will be held in presence of the respondent no.10.

8. With the aforesaid, this PIL is disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case.
