Heard learned advocates for the parties.

Upon perusing the materials on record and upon considering the nature of allegation which is under Section 20(b)(ii)(c)/29 of the NDPS Act and which involves commercial quantity, this Court is of the view that it is not the fit stage to grant bail to the petitioner. However, as seven witnesses are already examined out of fifteen witnesses, the learned trial Judge is requested to expedite the trial and complete the same within a period of four months from the date of communication of this order. In the event the trial is not completed within the period of four months, the petitioner will be at liberty to pray for bail before the learned trial court.

In the facts and circumstances, the application for bail is rejected. Accordingly, CRM (NDPS) 643 of 2025 is dismissed. (Biswaroop Chowdhury, J)
