Chattopadhyay, Advocate ... for WBSEDDCL Petitioner seeks a change of location of the larger feeder pillar box in front of the residence of the petitioner. Learned Advocate appearing for the Distribution Company submits that the feeder pillar box was in existence for at least 50 years. The Distribution Company merely put a larger feeder box in order to cater to the higher amount of demand in the locality. He submits that the installation work is complete.

The installation being on a public land and completed, interference by the writ Court is not called for. WPA 12813 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly. Urgent Photostat Certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied expeditiously after complying with all legal formalities.
