1. With the consent the matter is finally heard.

2. During the course of hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners and the State reached to consensus.

3. It is agreed that this petition may be disposed of by directing the Sub-Divisional Officer/respondent no.3 to decide the petitioners' representation dated 15.5.2025 in accordance with law within stipulated time.

4. In view of consensus arrived at, the PIL is disposed of with following directions:

a) The petitioners shall re-submit the representation dated 15.5.2025 (annexure P4) along with this order before respondent no.3.

b) In turn, respondent no.3 shall consider and decide the representation dated 15.5.2025 in accordance with law within 60 days therefrom. If necessary, the said authority shall hear the interested parties before taking any decision.

c) The decision shall be taken by passing a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law.

5. The PIL is disposed of without expressing any opinion on merits.

6. The report on behalf of the State authority is taken on record.
