The petitioner's grievance has been addressed. He has been given Post Graduate scale of pay. The District Inspector of Schools (S.E), 24parganas (North) by Memo No. 355/g dated July 06, 2023 and Memo No. 87/Law dated July 11, 2023 has fixed such pay scale for the petitioner. Mr. Ghosh Chowdhury files a supplementary affidavit to bring the aforementioned fact on record, let it be kept with the record.

Mr. Ghosh Chowdhury submits that in view of such rectification of the basic pay, the petitioner is entitled to some arrear salary.

The arrear salary in terms of the revised pay scale, if any, be paid to the petitioner.

W.P.A. 11737 of 2022 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.
