Bhatacharya .... for the respondent no. 7 Petitioner is aggrieved by an order dated July 15, 2021 passed by the Additional District Sub Registrar, Amta, Howrah.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the impugned order is without jurisdiction. By the impugned order, validity of a Power of Attorney was pronounced upon which the Additional District Sub Registrar, Amta, Howrah, could not have done.

State and the private respondents are represented.

The impugned order is pursuant to an earlier order of the High Court passed on March 16, 2021 in W.P. No. 2307 of 2021.

By the order dated March 16, 2021, the High Court directed the Additional District Sub Registrar, Amta, Howrah, to decide on the complaint forwarded by the Block Land and Land Reforms Officer, Shyampur-I, Howrah, on March 20, 2020 upon giving an opportunity of hearing to all concerned.

By the impugned order, the Additional District Sub Registrar, Amta, Howrah, returned a finding with regard to a registered document.

There is a civil suit pending between the private parties. The registered documents relate to an immovable property.

Private parties are at liberty to avail of their remedies with regard to their immovable property including the questioned documents and the impugned order before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the writ application being WPA 13019 of 2021 is disposed of.
