The grievance relates to the unpaid salaries from the school. The petitioner worked in the school from 1984 to 2010 and she has filed the writ application in 2021 which is clearly a money claim in nature.

Such a money claim cannot be entertained after a long time in a writ petition. For any money claim, suit is required to be filed but here the suit is also time barred. The writ application is, thus, dismissed with a cost of Rs. 5000/- which is to be paid to the Legal Services Authority of Calcutta High Court.
