Criminal Revisional Jurisdiction CRR 1961 of 2024 Smt. Kankana Goswami nee Chatterjee -versus- Sri Subhankar Goswami Mr. Indranil Roy Chowdhury .... ..for the petitioner.

Petitioner is aggrieved by the pendency of a non-maintainable application in connection with complaint case being AC 2930 of 2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 9th court, Alipore in connection with a proceeding under the provisions of PWDV Act, 2005.

Learned advocate for the petitioner/wife submits that the husband by taking out such application for non-maintainability is trying to protract the proceeding. The next date has been fixed by the learned Magistrate on 4th June, 2024. Accordingly, I direct the said application be disposed of preferably on 4th June, 2024 and if it is not possible to complete the hearing and pass the orders on the said date within a fortnight from the said date. However, under no circumstances the disposal of the nonmaintainability application should be beyond 20th June, 2024. With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 1961 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending any other applications are consequently disposed of. All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court. [Tirthankar Ghosh, J]
