Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has instructions to withdraw the writ petition and seeks liberty to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of their grievance.

In view of the same, the writ petition being WPA 13032 of 2021 is dismissed for non-prosecution. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to approach the appropriate forum under Section 54 of the West Bengal Land Reforms Act, 1955 within a fortnight from date. The appropriate forum should dispose of the appeal in accordance with law on merits after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to both the parties therein, in accordance with law.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
