It is submitted coaccused husband has been granted pre-arrest bail. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record including the statement of the children of the deceased husband. Specific allegation of torture is leveled against the petitioner and not against the co-accused husband.

Keeping in mind the prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime and as co-accused who has been granted anticipatory bail is not on same footing with him, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
