Mr. Srikanta Paul ..for the petitioners Mr. Lalit Mohan Mahata Mr. Malay Krishna De Mr. P.B. Mahata ..for the alleged contemnor Perused the report filed by the SubDivisional Officer, Baruipur dated 22nd August, 2024 which mentions that the unauthorised construction has been completely demolished.

Learned advocate for the petitioner has produced photograph to show that the construction has been demolished. However, it appears that the debris is yet to be removed. The Sub- Divisional Officer is directed to take necessary steps to remove the debris at the earliest.

The contempt application is disposed of.
